You run the place. We run the floor.
Menu, orders, tables, reservations and staff hours, in one product. In a dining room, on a terrace, on a beach. It is not a digital menu.

A large terrace costs steps. A beach costs more.
At two hundred metres there and back for every order, a waiter spends half a shift walking. With Inimus the guest orders from wherever they are — table, sunbed, room — the order goes straight to the bar or the kitchen, and the waiter stays among people, which is where they are useful.
What Inimus holds
One product for everything between the door and the bill.
The menu
Dishes and drinks, with their ingredients, prices and photos, defined once. A location can change the price, the weight or the photo — and nothing else.
Orders
From the table or the sunbed, by QR, with nothing to install. The order goes straight to the bar or the kitchen, by station.
Tables and sunbeds
Tables, sunbeds, umbrellas, rooms, lanes. Each with its own code, its own state, and its own place on the map.
Reservations
With party size, opening hours, and the spot held until arrival. And where the spot is rented, the price sits on the spot itself: a front-row sunbed does not cost what a back-row one costs.
Staff
Work sessions: who is on shift and covering which area. The hours register comes out of them.
The website
The venue’s own site fills itself from data the product already holds.
Three things competitors do not have
The rest can be copied. These three are why it is worth switching.
-
Allergens computed, not guessed
Allergens derive from the ingredient list, including the recipes of composed ingredients. They are the 14 from Regulation (EU) 1169/2011, and there is nowhere in the product a person can type over them. Others infer allergens with AI from the dish name — a guess presented as compliance, on the one data point that can put someone in hospital.
-
One tab for the whole table
Several guests at one table, one tab, a subtotal each, split by N. Not separate orders that happen to share a table.
-
The hours register fills itself
Work sessions double as the daily record of hours worked that Romanian law requires (art. 119, Codul muncii) — the same record CJEU C-55/18 imposes across the EU. It comes from the shift that happens anyway, not from a second form.
We do the setup.
We are not going to ask you to type in three hundred dishes to find out whether you like it.
- Send us a photo of your printed menu.
- We put the menu, the tables and the QR codes in place.
- By the first meeting it is already running. You just check we understood it correctly.
